Welcome back to another fine installment of the Big B weekend update. Great reads all around so let’s skip the pleasantries and get right to pointing out the good stuff.

From Marvel this week, our picks for good reading are: Criminal, Siege, Siege Embedded, Wolverine Weapon X and Ultimate X. Not a very big week for comics, but still enough to keep you going until next week, especially this week’s issue of Siege which promises one huge smackdown coming down on Norman Osborn’s bad haircut.

DC readers had an even lighter week for floppies with Blackest Night The Question and Blackest Night Wonder Woman leading the charge for the fans of Blackest Night. The second JSA annual also hit the racks combining both teams for a big dogpile of action in an oversized issue. Not to mention Jonah Hex and House of Mystery rounding out the non-superheroics.

Titles from publishers other than the big two include Buffy, The Boys and Brain Wood’s continuation of his Demo series.

Trade fan were the biggest winners of the week as they scored: Deadpool Vol 3 HC, The Great Fables Crossover in TP, Green Lantern Secret Origins TP and The Dark Tower The Fall of Gilead. Other cool trades include The Beatles Experience by Rock and Roll Comics and Amelia Earhart: This Broad Ocean.

Toy Collectors can enjoy some JLA classified action with Batgirl, Kyle Rayner, Blue Superman and hook hand Aquaman in the set.

Well, that’s all the time we have this week. This is the Big B crew signing off reminding you that next week is Valentine’s day, so for those of you without someone to share it with, share it with some superhero romance comic books on display at our front!

So many comics you’ll need 4 arms and 4 eyes to read them all.
